This intensive one-day course, complemented by two one-hour virtual coaching sessions in weeks 2 and 4, guides managers through the transformation from being a doer to becoming a leader who inspires, influences and creates high-performing teams. You’ll explore what impactful leadership really means—covering key themes such as :

• leadership styles and their effect on organisational success
• integrity, values, ethics and vision in leadership
• team dynamics and how to lead high-performance culture

• cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and employee ownership The course finishes with action-planning, setting you up to apply your learning back in the workplace and using the follow-up coaching sessions to embed your new skills.
