This intensive one-day course, complemented by two one-hour virtual coaching sessions in weeks 2 and 4, guides managers through the transformation from being a doer to becoming a leader who inspires, influences and creates high-performing teams. You’ll explore what impactful leadership really means—covering key themes such as :

  • integrity, values, ethics and vision in leadership
